I am an Italian web designer working for a Danish client, that's why I'm not writing in English. If you are more comfortable in replying in Danish, you are welcome to do so and I will translate it with the help of Google :)</p> <p><strong>My client wants to have her website in English and Danish </strong>(with the language switcher on the menu bar). I am using Wordpress 5.2.1 and I have installed one of the Premium Woothemes called The One Pager. To do the translation <strong>I bought WPML</strong> plugin as I thought that was the best available. Unfortunately, when I installed it on my website <strong>it caused several problems</strong>, eventually turning the wordpress dashboard into blank and not making the website accessible any more. </p> <p>Therefore, I had to restore the whole website. Now the homepage is up and running again, but I still need to translate it into Danish.... What would you suggest me to do? Did you have any similar experiences?</p> <p>I tried to install the Google translator plugin, but my client doesn't like it. She wants the website to look "more professional".<br /> <strong>I've also asked for support to the WPML people </strong>(since I payed for the plugin) and they told me they have just released a new version of the plugin and that I should try with the new version. Jeg har oversat alle siderne, og de ligger fint på nettet, når jeg tilføjer /en/ efter min hjemmesideadresse. Jeg kan dog ikke finde ud af, at få et link fra min danske side til det engelske site i form af et billede af et engelsk flag eller lignende.
