On my fresh WP 2.6 and Freshy 2 install I had to edit two lines of code to get the theme and the customize plugin working again. In functions.php of Freshy 2 around line 473 Change $path = ABSPATH.$theme_info->template_dir.’/'; to $path = ABSPATH.’wp-content’.$theme_info->template_dir.’/'; In the customize plugin look in file nice_theme.php around line 24. Change $this->path = ABSPATH.$this->theme_info->template_dir.’/'; to $this->path = ABSPATH.’wp-content’.$this->theme_info->template_dir.’/'; As you can see the problem was that the paths were missing wp-content. I don’t know if the fix above is the best fix so if someone or the author of the theme has the proper solution please let us know. In the meantime, I hope this helps people put in a temporary patch to get their sites back up and running. Good luck…. @Off The Net Sports Thanks a million!
