Then locate the line wp_users and click browse (ist icon) You will see a list of usernames with passwords (encoded) On the line with the user name and password you lost, click the pencil(ist icon)</p> <p>You will then get a screen with the data for this user including the encoded password. Delete the encoded password and enter an easily remembered password in ASCII format- example TEST, then on the pulldown list to the left of the password, select MD5. Then go to the bottom of the form and click GO.<br /> Go back to the site and use the ID and password you just entered.
